PURPOSE: An apparatus for cutting glass, a glass cutter, and a method for cutting the glass are provided to implement a stable scribing process by continuously forming cracks based on a wheel regardless of convex parts and pre-formed scribe lines. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for cutting glass forms a cracked layer(201) by moving and rotating a wheel(10) along glass(300). A blade is arranged on the outer circumference of the wheel. While the wheel moves long the glass, the wheel is pressed toward the glass. The apparatus includes a unit for obstructing the rotation of the wheel. A glass cutter includes the wheel, a wheel pin supporting the wheel, and a holder supporting the wheel fin. A magnet is installed at the holder and generates a magnetic field based on the magnetic flux of the magnet.
