The turbine has a housing comprising a semi-spherical storage area, and a ball rotor (100) supported in the area in a rotatable manner around a central axis (110). The ball rotor comprises a set of recesses or tapped blind holes (140), where a middle axis of the recesses or blind holes is extended in an angle with respect to radial in a ball (120) of the ball rotor. The recesses or blind holes are arranged at distance from each other along an equator line of the ball. A fluid inlet and a fluid outlet are formed in the housing, where the ball and the central axis are designed as a single-piece. An independent claim is also included for an energy power plant comprising a ball turbine.
