PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer alloy fiber having remarkably decreased spinning operation trouble caused by the mixing of a gel in the polymer, etc., and generation of fiber fluff and single yarn breakage, and also to provide an ultrafine polyamide fiber or porous polyamide fiber produced by dissolving and removing polyester of the polymer alloy fiber. SOLUTION: The polymer alloy fiber is composed of a polymer alloy containing a polyamide resin and a polyester resin wherein the ester-amide exchange reaction rate of the polymer alloy is≤2 mol%.
