PURPOSE: A database security management method using extension packets is provided to completely perform an access control by acquiring user information and session information from a database protocol through the extension packets. CONSTITUTION: Extension packet information including session information and login account information is acquired when a user contacts to a database(S112). An agent connects to a security system by routing desired security system information and desired database information(S113). The extension packet information and the database connection information are transmitted to the security system(S115). The security system connects a database session according to the database connection information(S118).
