PURPOSE: A polylactic acid bio composite material is provided to prevent the strength reduction of the composite material caused by the addition of flame-retardant materials. CONSTITUTION: A polylactic acid bio composite material is composed of natural polymer and natural filler and includes pozzolan as a flame-retardant material. The natural polymer is polylactic acid polymer. The natural filler is a cellulose material. The content of the pozzolan is 1-10 weight% based on the total weight of the bio composite material. A part of the polylactic acid polymer is replaced with non-degradable polymer.
