PURPOSE: A telecommunication function mounting type circuit breaker for wiring is provided to watch electrical fire on a real time by measuring line-to-line voltage, a current, a leakage current, and temperature. CONSTITUTION: A circuit breaker(100) for wiring comprises input and output connection terminals of R phase, S phase, T phase, and N phase. An integration current sensor apparatus(200) is selectively combined in the input connection terminals or the output connection terminals of the circuit breaker for wiring. The integration current sensor apparatus detects the information of a line in which the circuit breaker for wiring is attached. A communications control apparatus(300) is fixed and coupled on the upper side of the integration current sensor apparatus. The communications control apparatus transfers the information of the line of the circuit breaker for wiring from the integration current sensor apparatus to outside on a real time.
