<p>PURPOSE: A planar transformer is provided to improve the efficiency of voltage transformation by reducing manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A planar transformer(100) comprises a core(102), a bobbin(104), a primary winding part(106), a first insulating part(108), a secondary winding part(110), and a second insulating part(112). The core induces the formation of a magnetic field. The bobbin is fixed and coupled with the core. The primary winding part is placed between the core and the bobbin and supplies an electric source signal. The first insulating part is offered to the primary winding part and insulates primary winding part. The secondary winding part is offered to the second insulating part and is insulated by the second insulating part. The secondary winding part transforms the electric source signal.</p> |
