PURPOSE: A system for controlling the finess of pulverized coal of a coal combustion boiler for a thermal power plant are provided to prevent the generation of the fire in a coal pulverizer byy the excessive pulverized coal and the efficiency degradation of a coal pulverizer by the shortage of the pulverized coal. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling the finess of pulverized coal of a coal combustion boiler for a thermal power plant comprises a coal feeder(104), a pulverizer(106), an air generator(108), a finess analyzer of a pulverized coal(122). In order that the fossil fuel is burnt, the coal feeder transfers the unprocessed coal. The pulverizer provides the unprocessed coal from the coal feeder and shatters to pieces to the pulverized coal at a minute size. The air generator generates the air for burning the fossil fuel. If the weight of the unprocessed coal is out of the range of the standards pulverized coal weight for the ignition of the pulverized coal, the finess analyzer of a pulverized coal calculates the weight of the pulverized coal to be corrected properly for a range of reference weight. The finess analyzer of a pulverized coal adjusts the rotation speed of the coal feeder according to the weight of the pulverized coal. As to the pulverized coal differentiation, the analysis equipment transfers 'the coal which does not process' to the time deviation [time difference] to differentiator. The finess analyzer of a pulverized coal transfers the unprocessed coal to the pulverizer through the time difference.
