PURPOSE: A playground floor structure for kids using PE foam is provided to more effectively protect kids from accidents by using excellent elasticity of PE foam. CONSTITUTION: A playground floor structure for kids using PE foam comprises a base layer(20), a primer layer(30), a PE foam layer(40), a waste tire chip layer(35), and a non-toxic surface layer(60). One of concrete, permeable concrete, and asphalt concrete is poured on the upper side of a ground layer(10) in order to form the base layer. The primer layer is spread on the base layer. The PE foam layer is formed on the upper side of the primer layer to a fixed thickness. The waste tire layer is attached to the upper side of the PE foam layer. The non-toxic surface layer is made by pouring one of urethane chips and EPDM chips on the upper side of the waste tire chip layer. |
