PURPOSE: A small patrol robot of throwing type is provided to guaranteeing the stability by absorbing the impact when a robot drops. CONSTITUTION: A small patrol robot of throwing type comprises a cylinder-shaped body(100), an actuating unit(200) and a power supply battery unit. The cylinder-shaped body comprises a camera(140). The actuating unit comprises two tires(270) which are individually driven. The battery unit is arranged in the inner tire of the actuating unit corresponding to outermost sides of both ends. The actuating unit comprises a cylinder-shaped driving wheel. The tire is inserted into the outer radius.
