A PRESSURIZED FURNACE FOR BAKING DENTAL IMPLANT ABUTMENT

PURPOSE: A pressurized plasticizing furnace for plasticizing dental implants is provided to pressurize and plasticize the dental implants under various gas atmospheres by forming a plasticizing space in a sealing shape. CONSTITUTION: Dental implants are loaded on the stage(210) of a plasticizing furnace. A chamber(220) is arranged on the stage and blocks the dental implants from the outside. A heating part(230) applies heat to the chamber by relatively moving with respect to the stage and the chamber. Inside of the chamber is pressurized by gas or mixed gas selected from argon, nitrogen, carbon monoxide, and ammonia. A coolant supplying pipe is formed in the chamber. A decompressing unit is further included in the plasticizing furnace.
