The device has an elongated-shaped base comprising two ends from each of which arms (4) are extended. The arms comprise a U-shaped part with two parallel branches. A support (48) supports fixing systems comprising a ventilation shaft and an electric conduit. The base defines a reference plane. The arms extend perpendicularly to the reference plane. The base, the arms and the U-shaped part are formed of a single piece. The base and the arms are attached with a complementary assembly unit to receive the support. An independent claim is also included for a fuselage section for an aircraft, comprising frames.
