PURPOSE: An anti-aging inhibitor compound containing bis 3,5-dimethoxychalcone is provided to control the expression of an MMP-9 gene, and to suppress the decomposition of collagen. CONSTITUTION: An anti-aging inhibitor compound contains bis 3,5-dimethoxychalcone marked with chemical formula 1. The anti-aging inhibitor compound controls the gene expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 induced from a tumor necrosis factor-alpha for suppressing the decomposition of collagen. The compound is used as a skin aging resister.
