<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy efficiency in switching control of a uniform charge/discharge circuit, and to further improve tolerance for load variation. <P>SOLUTION: In the uniform charge/discharge circuit 1b, each FET switch TR1-TR4 is constituted of an MOSFET and switching control is performed by an oscillation circuit 2A generating a sine wave signal A through parallel resonance of its gate capacitance and an inductor connected in parallel therewith. Since energy is not consumed by switching control, energy efficiency of the uniform charge/discharge circuit 1b is improved correspondingly. Furthermore, a choke inductor Lc1-Lc4 is connected between the gate/source of each FET switch TR1-TR4. Consequently, gate potential can be followed up with no lag even if source potential of each FET switch TR1-TR4 varies due to load variation and tolerance for load variation is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
