<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker equipped with a heating unit enabled to efficiently heat cookware to be heated made of a material having low magnetic permeability. <P>SOLUTION: On the heating cooker provided with a heating means heating the cookware to be heated put on the top face of a top plate 3, the heating means is composed of a heat conductive heating element 6 radiating heat by electric power, and an induction heating coil 5 supplying a high-frequency current, and constitutes a heating unit 7 formed by integrally supporting those heating means.
