CONSTITUTION: A device for connecting cable for pipe heat treatment comprises a heat transfer pad, a controller(30), a rotation guide(200), a contact part(300) and a connection part(400). The heat transfer pad is attached to one end of the pipe. The controller generates the power source and the signal to be supplied to the heat transfer pad. An end part of a cable(41) connected to inside to the heat transfer pad is arranged in the rotation guide. The rotation guide is rotated on the central axis cord of the pipe corresponding to the pipe The rotation guide is connected and installed in other end part of the pipe. The contact part is connected with the end part of the cable connected to the heat transfer pad with the rotary guide .
