PURPOSE: A voice recognition controlling device is provided to control an electronic product by the voice of a specific user and a remote controller through a voice recognition method. CONSTITUTION: A microphone(120) receives voice. An ADC(Analog to Digital Converter) converter(130) converts an analog signal into digital data. A recognition unit(140) recognizes digital data of the ADC converter. A comparison unit(150) compares recognized digital data in word model database(170). A CPU(Central Processing Unit)(160) converts the digital data into a signal capable of being transmitted by an infrared ray transmitting unit(180).
