PURPOSE: A communication repeater, communication relay system, and communication relay method are provided to acquire reception area information by adding the reception area information in a frame. CONSTITUTION: When a frame is received, a frame transmission unit(2) changes reception area information including the frame into the information of a communication control apparatus(4). The frame transmission unit transmits the frame to the communication control apparatus. The communication control apparatus receives the frame which is transmitted by the frame transmission unit.
