AG PLY YARN, FUNCTIONAL FABRIC USING THE SAME AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A functional fabric using Ag ply yarn is provided to be used in antibacterial yarn or clothes as digital yarn(conductive yarn). CONSTITUTION: An Ag ply yarn(100a) comprises: a core yarn(20b) containing one or more among fiber yarn formed of natural fiber or synthetic fiber; and at least one strand of Ag wire which is fabricated by casting silver or silver alloy in a wire material using directional solidification and molding the casted linear material in a superfine fibre with 0.015-0.05 mm of diameter.
