THERMIONIC CATHODE MATERIAL

摘要

Thermionic cathode material relates to electronics and is meant for manufacturing thermionic cathodes of power current electrovacuum and gas discharge devices. Cathode material which is invented relates to systems of complete hafnates with wolframite admixture and comprises composition (SrBa)HfO- 79-73 mas. %, but wolframite fine powder W - 21-27 mas. %. The declared material allows increasing material emissive ability and additionally provides stabilization of cathode operating surface condition.
