<p>The invention relates to technique of drying bulk materials and can be used in agricultural production, food, chemical, building, mining and other areas of industry. A vibrating drier has a heat-insulated chamber with spiral-like troughs with perforated bottoms, installed in tiers on support panels by means of springs. Each trough is equipped with a vibro-drive, and spirals of neighboring troughs are twisted in opposite direction. The vibro-drive of the spiral-like troughs is arranged as a common vertical shaft that has square cross section and is installed in a heat-insulated chamber by means of elastic supports and connected to the drive of rotation through an elastic clutch and to the spiral-like troughs through hollow bushings, bearings and bodies of bearing units, by means of central axles and the upper and the lower groups of controlled supports that are two normal to each other pairs of screws one of which is parallel to central axis. The invention provides independent control of the vertical and horizontal components of trajectory of vibrations of the spiral-like troughs and possibility of operation of the vibratory drier at low frequencies.</p> |
