摘要 The invention relates to the area of analytical instrument-making and can be used at development of small-dimension infrared gas analyzers for measurement of concentrations of the most widespread pollutants of atmosphere – gases, and worked out gases of vehicles, industrial enterprises, power units as well. The method for measurement of concentrations of gases by which measurement of difference of luminous fluxes that from source of radiation go through a working cuvette one carries out by a photo-receiver, and by changes of those one determines concentration of gas, spatially separated luminous fluxes are formed by source of radiation that includes active elements with p-n junctions that emit in maxima at wavelengths matched with the wavelength in maximum of the band of intrinsic absorption of the analyzed gas for each temperature interval, respectively, at different time intervals, this is determined by temperature indicator, working range of temperatures is set by not less than two temperature intervals, the working temperature interval is determined by temperature indicator. The method makes it possible to determine concentration of gases with given accuracy and sensitivity in broad range of temperatures with account of non-selective losses of luminous flux related to excitation of optical elements with time and to increase its reliability.
