Method for cultivation of invasive ovum of Toxocara genus and infection of laboratory animal with those includes separation of immature ovum of toxocares just from mature females obtained as result of working of sick animals, through milling and homogenization of tissue of bodies of toxocares, washing through centrifugation three times with 0,5N solution of caustic soda and three more times with salt solution, with adding to the suspension obtained of Barbagallo liquid and pouring to Petri dishes lined with filtering paper, placement for incubation to a thermostat, keeping in the last one till the ovum come to stage of invasiveness, washing incubated eggs with salt solution from filtering paper, double washing of the wash with salt solution with centrifugation, adding to the last deposit of 2 % solution of starch gel, determination of concentration of viable invasive ovum and infection of laboratory animal with those. Warming of sick on toxocarosis animal is carried out with salts of piperazine, and one mills and homogenizes the whole bulks of female toxocaras. The process of incubation is carried out at temperature 23-27 °C during 22-30 days, with control of development of those each 5-8 days and with adding at control to each Petri dish 1,5-2,5 ml of solution that includes Barbagallo liquid and salt solution 1,8-2,2:1. Infection of laboratory animal one carries out in peroral way, with mixing suspension of invasive ovum with a small amount of food with low humidity and with feeding laboratory animal in individual way. |
