PURPOSE: A system for controlling electronic cigarettes is provided to induce the prohibition of smoking according to smoking frequency while counting smoking frequency. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling electronic cigarettes comprises: a smoking frequency input unit(110) in which a smoking frequency set value for a certain period is inputted; a smoking motion detection part(120) which senses smoking; a memory unit(125) which stores the smoking frequency value totaled by smoking frequency calculation unit; a smoking frequency calculation unit(130) which calculates the whole smoking frequency; and an electronic cigarette controller(140) which stops the operation of electronic cigarettes and initializes the smoking count value.
