PURPOSE: An underwater sound transducer, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing mold thereof are provided to improve the water tightness of a cable which is inserted into a housing by filling a sealing member between the cable and a cable housing. CONSTITUTION: A cable(141) supplies a signal and a power source to a piezoelectric element. The cable is connected to the piezoelectric element through a cable passage(123a) which is formed in the rear opening of the housing. A cable housing(142) is arranged to be adjacent to the rear opening of the housing. A sealing member(143) is formed between the cable and the cable housing. The sealing member prevents fluid from being penetrated into the boundary surface of the cable housing and the cable. The sealing member is able to be integrally combined with the cable and the cable housing. A screw nut(144) is combined with the housing. The screw nut firmly combines the cable, the cable housing, and the sealing member with the housing.
