Device for audit of heat includes a meter for flow rate of carrier, indicator of temperature difference of the heat carrier in direct and reverse pipelines and friction integrator as a horizontal disc installed on the axis of the flow rate meter, and a flat roller interacting with it by friction, connected to indicator of temperature difference and meter of heat. Indicator of temperature difference is arranged as a differential thermo-magnetic traction link that includes rings made of thermo-magnetic material installed on the direct and reverse pipelines, and permanent magnets placed in the gaps of the rings and connected by means of gear mechanism arranged as a displaced in translational way spring-supported con-rod. The roller is made spherical and has a spherical cavity and two placed in opposite positions cone-like openings directed with the tops to the center of the cavity, through those in parallel to the plane of rotation of the disc a traction link goes, this is connected to temperature to displacement transformers, as a con-rod with fixed on it and placed in the cavity circular ring with balls that interact with the inner surface of spherical roller at its perimeter. Besides that a slot bushing is installed, this is in friction engagement with spherical roller and is placed with possibility of axial displacement on the shaft connected through a toothed gearing with meter of heat. |
