PURPOSE: A vegetable oil composition having superior balance of fatty acid is provided to obstruct the body cholesterol absorption rate by additionally containing vegetable sterol. CONSTITUTION: A vegetable oil composition contains the following: saturated fatty acid, monounsaturated fatty acid, and polyunsaturated fatty acid in a weight ratio of 0.7-0.9:1.4-1.8:2.5-3.0; omega 6 unsaturated fatty acid and omega 3 unsaturated fatty acid in a weight ratio of 4-10:1; vegetable oil selected from linseed oil, rape seed oil, olive oil, green tea seed oil, camellia oil, high-oleic acid rape seed oil, high-oleic acid sunflower oil, or high-oleic acid safflower oil; and vegetable sterol or tocopherol. |
