PURPOSE: A producing method of salt-free dried noodles containing healthy oil is provided to offer the chewy texture to dried noodles, and to enable users to easily eat the noodles. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of salt-free dried noodles containing healthy oil comprises the following steps: mixing 100 parts of dried noodle powder by weight and 30-70 parts of mixing water containing the healthy oil by weight without adding salt to obtain dough; and molding the dough into a noodle sheet, and molding the noodles. The mixing water is obtained by mixing 100 parts of mixing solution by weight, 1-10 parts of healthy oil by weight selected from the group consisting of olive oil, grape seed oil, rape oil, green tea seed oil, and walnut seed oil. |
