A method for predicting postchemoradiotherapeutic injuries of the respiratory system provides for studying polymorphism of MTHFR gene. MTHFR homozygous mutation (T/T) is predictive of 100 % risk of injury. Heterozygous mutation (C/T) is predictive of 30 % risk of injury. In case of non-mutated MTHFR (C/C), the predictive risk of injury is 9 %. |
