PURPOSE: An offset sensing apparatus of a radar sensor for a vehicle and method thereof are provided to sense offset according to the location change of the radar sensor by comparing the gradient of a vehicle with the gradient of the radar sensor. CONSTITUTION: A mounting location sensing unit(11) senses the vibration and gradient of a radar sensor(10). A vehicle sensing unit(21) senses the vibration and gradient of a vehicle(20). A control unit(12) compares the vibration of a radar sensor with the vibration of the vehicle. The control unit senses the vibration and gradient of the radar sensor based on the vibration and gradient of the vehicle.
