PURPOSE: A multifunctional exercise equipment for a foot stretching exercise and a step exercise is provided to change an exercise mode. CONSTITUTION: A lower left hole(251) is arranged on one end of a left link(25). At least one stop hole(252) is arranged around the lower left hole. A lower right hole(261) is arranged on one end of a right link(26). An insertion hole(262) is arranged in the right link. The insertion hole corresponds to one stop hole when the movement of the right link is controlled. A latch(263) is installed in the insertion hole. One end of the latch is mounted on or released from the stop hole.
