PURPOSE: A pipe forming method for forming a lining pipe in an existing pipe is provided to stably form a pipe with a uniform torque through a combining unit by omitting a separate structure or a chain link. CONSTITUTION: A pipe forming method for forming a lining pipe in an existing pipe comprises the following steps. A profile is automatically drawn from the lower part of the outer circumference of a drum at a fixed speed. While the profile maintains with a constant tension, it is changed from a horizontal state into a vertical state. The profile is bent at a constant radius and is provided inside the pipe. A dummy lining pipe having a constant length is made. The curved corner portion of the dummy lining pipe is pressed at a constant pressure. The jig frame(80) is combined with the pressed end portion of the lining pipe in the inner side of the lining pipe. The combining unit is combined in the leading end of the lining pipe and is fit with the profile formed in advance. While moving with the fluid pressure along the profile, the combining unit forms a pipe. The jig frame moves along the traveling direction of the combining unit.
