摘要 <p>The aim and object of the invention is to develop a financially economical, compact, multi-stage, efficient drying device with optimum energy utilisation. The solution envisages that circular sieving sheets, which are fastened on shafts in the centre and are mounted rotatably in the wall of the container, are arranged repeatedly above one another in a cylindrical container. At one shaft end, all shafts are connected to a reversible drive. By means of the drive, each second sieving sheet can alternately be pivoted out of its inclined position into a horizontal position or vice versa. Arranged above the sieving sheets are adjustable wide-slot nozzles for supplying the drying air. The heat exchanger is of s-shaped design, and baffles project into the interspaces. The air flow is heated by heating elements and guided via a fan, solenoid valve and compressed-air lines to the wide-slot nozzles, the associated sieving bottoms of which, on which the material to be dried is swirled on a circular path, assume the horizontal position. The invention is suitable for drying plastic granulate, foil chips, grain and similar materials. <IMAGE></p>
