PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing tiles and sanitary potteries based on heat-sensitive paint is provided to sense the temperature of water in a basin or a bathtub by coating the heat-sensitive paint on the surface of the tiles and the sanitary potteries. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing tiles and sanitary potteries based on heat-sensitive paint includes the following: Glaze is applied on the surface of the tiles and the sanitary potteries and is pre-heated at a temperature between 140-150 degrees Celsius. General paint is applied on the tiles to form a general paint layer. The general paint layer is heat-dried at 150 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. 70 weight% of a resin and 30 weight% of heat-sensitive paint are mixed, and the mixed paint is applied on the general paint layer to form a heat-sensitive paint layer. A finishing layer is applied on the heat-sensitive paint layer to form a clear layer.
