DNA CHIP FOR GENOTYPING OF HUMAN PAPILLOMA VIRUS, KIT COMPRISING THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR GENOTYPING HPV

PURPOSE: A DNA chip containing a probe which complementarily binds to 44 types of HPV nucleic acids is provided to accurately diagnose complex infection of HPV and to predict cervical cancer. CONSTITUTION: A DNA chip for HPV(human papillomavirus) genotyping contains a linear oligonucleotide probe having 6-109th base sequences. The DNA chip contains d type oligonucleotide probe having 110-213th base sequences. The oligonucleotide of sequence numbers 6-97 and 110-201 complementarily binds to L1 gene which is specific to each type of HPV. The DNA chip has 8-24 wells for accumulating the probes and is used for determining administration of HPV vaccine.
