<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedal device capable of improving a degree of freedom of pedal rod shapes. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary member 30 is rotatably provided to a supporting member attachable to a vehicle. The rotary member 30 contains a press-fit hole 31 and a guide groove 32. A pedal rod 20 comprises: an end 24 that is press-fitted into the press-fit hole 31 of the rotary member 30; an intermediate part 23 that is bent from the end 24 and is fitted to the guide groove of the rotary member 30; and an extension part 21 extending from the intermediate part 23 to the opposite side of the end 24. On the opposite side of the intermediate part 23 of the extension part 21, a pad for receiving pedal force of a driver is provided. The rotary member contains a first insertion hole 301 and a second insertion hole 302 that connect an inner wall of the guide groove 32 and an outer wall 39 of the rotary member 30. Therefore, when press-fitting the end 24 into the press-fit hole 31 of the rotary member 30, a jig 71 can be inserted into the first insertion hole 301 and the second insertion hole 302 to support the intermediate part 23 inside the rotary member 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
