<p>Disclosed is a communication terminal device which can negate the need for troublesome switchovers, and can increase ease of use. In the device, a communication unit (101) is connected to a client (160) and carries out short distance wireless communication. An AP operation unit (109) relays the transfer of data between the client (160) and the connection destination thereof, on behalf of an access point (150). A field intensity acquisition unit (102) measures the field strength of a signal received from the access point (150). A client connection cancellation unit (105) determines whether or not the device is within the communication area of the access point (150) on the basis of the field intensity measured by the field intensity acquisition unit (102). If it is determined by the client connection cancellation unit (105) that the device is within the communication area of the access point (150), an AP operation termination unit (107) cancels the connection with the client (160) in the AP operation unit (109).</p> |
