Disclosed is a compound of formula I e.g. 4-(4-Methylcyclohex-1-enyl)-1-(1-(2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)ethyl)-IH-indazol-5-yl)pyridin-2(1H)-one hydrochloride wherein n is 0 or 1; R is NR1R2, wherein R1 and R2 are each independently H and alkyl, or R1 and R2, together with the N atom to which they are attached, form a non-aromatic heterocyclic ring; R3 and R4 are each independently H or alkyl; or R may combine with either R3 or R4 to form Pyrrolidin-2-yl; B is selected from aryl, heteroaryl, and cycloalkyl; R5, R6 , R7 are each independently selected from H, -OH, -O-alkyl, alkyl, halo, -CF3, -CN, -O-aryl, heteroaryl, and heterocyclyl; and R14 is H or-OH or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, treating obesity, treating anxiety and for treating depression.
