Disclosed is a compound of formula (I) e.g. 2-(3-Fluoro-3'-methoxybiphenyl-4-ylamino)nicotinic acid wherein G1, G2, R1, R2, Ra, Rb, G3, G4 and M are defined in the specification and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts and N-oxides thereof for treating rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondilytis, multiple sclerosis, Wegener's granulomatosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, psoriasis and sarcoidosis.
