<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system and its base structure. <P>SOLUTION: A computer system has an externally connected display, a portable electronic device and a base. The portable electronic device has a body and a screen connected to the body, and electrically connects to the externally connected display. The base has a first member 110, a second member 120 and a pivot part 130 connected to the first member 110 and the second member 120. With the pivot part 130, the second member 120 can rotate between a first direction and a second direction on the first member 110.
