<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for suppressing a rise of manufacturing cost accompanied by the use for a solenoid of a holding type, in an interlock device mounted to a steering lock device. <P>SOLUTION: An interlock unit 30 includes a holding solenoid 33 and a rotatable link 34 engaged with a plunger 331 of the holding solenoid, and transmits a rotation restriction force to a camshaft 116 of a steering lock device via a link by exciting the holding solenoid. Rotation shafts 34b and 36 of the link are arranged on a line of force of a rotation operation force of the key which opposes to rotation restriction force generated in a tangential direction of the camshaft, and thereby, an excessive load received by the link is reduced.
