PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more enjoyable game control technique.

SOLUTION: A game device includes: a light source control unit 112 for changing the position of a light source or an irradiation direction of light in a game field in which an object is disposed according to a player's operation instruction; a shadow drawing unit 116 for drawing a shadow of the object on a projection plane provided in the game field; and a shade shape determining unit 122 for determining whether the predetermined shape of the shadow of the object has been formed or not. When determining that the shadow of the predetermined shape has been formed, the shadow shape determining unit 122 performs a predetermined function corresponding to the shadow of the predetermined shape.
