<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a date and time displaying device which serves as a simple clock attached to a prescription medicine bag and capable of recording a date and time the medicine is taken to prevent a failure or duplicate of taking the medicine and which can be reset by only opening/closing a clip and be used repeatedly. <P>SOLUTION: A main body 1 of a time recording clip is made of a plastic material and has on its front face a liquid crystal panel 2 installed for displaying a current date and time and a date and time of the last recording. A clip protruding at the back face operates as a switch when opening and closing.
