<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manifold capable of supplying fluid to an arbitrary position by combining a plurality of members. <P>SOLUTION: A base plate includes row holes which penetrate in the width direction and have closed both ends, inlet holes communicating with the respective row holes from the lower surface of the base plate and lower side vertical holes communicating with the respective row holes from the upper surface of the base plate. A manifold block includes column holes which penetrate in the depth direction and have closed both ends, outlet holes communicating with the column holes from arbitrary parts of the upper surface of the manifold block and upper side vertical holes communicating with the respective column holes from the lower surface of the manifold block. The manifold block is placed on the upper surface of the base plate; the lower side vertical holes communicate with the upper side vertical holes; flow paths of fluid are formed from the inlet holes to the outlet holes and end plates are placed on parts where the manifold blocks are not placed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
