<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition from which a cured material having bending resistance, low yellowing tendency and adhesiveness to a substrate is obtained, and also to provide an optical component in which the cured material having bending resistance, low yellowing tendency and adhesiveness to a substrate is laminated on the substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable resin composition for casting includes: a polymerizing component comprising (A) urethane poly(meth)acrylate synthesized from polyisocyanate, polyol and hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate, (B) a monofunctional monomer having cyclic structures and (C) polymerizable components other than components (A) and (B); (D) a specific ultraviolet absorber; and (E) at least one compound of 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl diphenylphosphineoxide and bis(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)-phenylphosphineoxide.
