<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusion member for diffusing irradiation light from a light source that has favorable directivity and diffusivity of light and no luminance unevenness, and is easily manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: A light diffusion member 2 is disposed in front a light source 6 and diffuses irradiation light therefrom.
