The embodiments of the present invention provide a method and device for arranging calling center seats, the method and device belong to the communication field, this method includes that: receiving the video calling request from the user, and determining the seat that can provide service to the user according to the video calling request; computing the video quality of the seat that can provide service to the user, obtaining the user request corresponding to the video calling request; if the computed video quality of the seat meets the requirement of the user, distributing the seat of which video quality meets requirement of the user to the user, otherwise, putting the user into the queue for waiting. The method and device provided by the present invention have the character of providing the difference service for the user. |
