PURPOSE: A method for preparing a nanostrucutured lipid carrier or nanoemulsion is provided to reduce inflammation and to ensure chemical stability. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a nanostrucutured lipid carrier or nanoemulsion comprises: a step of dissolving an oil phase at higher temperature than the temperature of an oil phase containing solid lipid, liquid lipid, or mixture thereof and lipophilic and hydrophilic surfactant; a step of adding active ingredients to the dissolved oil phase; a step of homogenizing the oil phase; a step of mixing the oil phase with a first aqueous solution and preheating; a step of forming pre-emulsion; and a step of homogenizing the pre-emulsion.
