<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a male and a female spline shaft are fitted, it is troublesome to align shaft cores of the spline shafts with each other. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a shaft coupling auxiliary apparatus adapted to align the shaft cores of the pair of male and female spline shafts 7, 11 with each other with respect to a shaft coupling apparatus which attaches the pair of male and female spline shafts 7, 11 to ends of a pair of rotary shafts 4, 6 to be coupled to each other and thereby couples the pair of rotary shafts through the fitting thereof. The shaft coupling auxiliary apparatus 21 has a centering ring 22 which is arranged outside the one spline shaft 7 concentrically with the spline shaft 7, and a plurality of centering pins 23 which are arranged outside the other spline shaft 11 at predetermined intervals on the same circumference having its center at the spline shaft, and engage an outer peripheral surface of the centering ring 22 prior to the fitting of the spline shafts 7, 11 to align the shaft cores of the spline shafts 7, 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
