Program instructions that when executed by a processor (76, 102) causes a processor (76, 102) to initiate automatically a schedule of events (222) of a structured tailoring procedure (70) upon entry criteria (226) being met, provide intervention desired and/or best suited to the individual (12) when the adherence criteria (224) for one of the events (222) has not been met, and end automatically the structured collection procedure (70) upon exit criteria (228) being met.
